The Wellbeing Prescription team has been working hard during January, with wellbeing advisors supporting residents to improve their health and wellbeing and reach their own personal goals.

The first few months of each new year sees an increase in clients contacting the team for support to lose weight, make changes to their diet, increase physical activity and generally get support to make lifestyle changes.

This year is no different and while 2021 hasn’t started the way we would have hoped, there are still plenty of ways to make positive changes to make the next few months more manageable and ultimately to improve your health.
