From Tandridge District Council

A new online wellbeing hub is available to help residents access a range of mental health and emotional wellbeing sessions from the comfort of their own home. Surrey Virtual Wellbeing can help those who require mental health or emotional wellbeing support, with online activities including virtual coffee mornings, group chat sessions and tailored exercise classes available.

As a joint partnership between Surrey Heartlands Health and Care Partnership, Surrey County Council and Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, this is one of a number of measures being introduced to support the most vulnerable and help socially isolated residents remain connected during the COVID-19 pandemic.

To see the range of classes available and to register your interest, please visit Healthy Surrey’s website.

They have also created a website page with lots of information, support and top tips to support everyone, including our most vulnerable, to live, work and play at home, safely.
