SpeedWatch is a community scheme which monitor the speed of passing traffic and record the details, later adding them to a database. Many people comment on the speeding in the parish, so please get involved (even just one hour a month would help) as more volunteers are needed within Nutfield in order for them to take place. At the moment their are two sites that they operate at (Coopers Hill Road and the A25 by the War Memorial). A team of 3 are required every time and ideally do it once a week for one hour in order to gain data, so more people are needed. In the New Year they hope to get Mid Street approved by the police near Ridge Green as another checking point. Please either contact Debbie Vickers or the Parish Clerk for more information
