Nutfield Parish Council require an assistant to help the Parish Clerk.
Duties are very varied and include the management of the allotments and assisting the Clerk with the promotion, marketing and management of the Cemetery and Woodland Burial facility.
Other duties include general administration support, issuing invoices, occasional note-taking and updating the Council website/noticeboards.
We are seeking a team player who is experienced in dealing with the public in person, by phone or in writing. A working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook is considered essential.
The job is home based but will require site visits within Nutfield. The applicant must have their own transport.
The job offered is a part-time position (minimum of 10 hours per week). Additional hours may be available on an occasional basis. The pay rate will be £10 per hour and the position is available immediately.
